Stayed for just one night, but it felt like we ended up with the room nobody had bothered to sort out. The bathroom light kept flickering, the shower had barely any power, and the carpet looked really worn and tired. The staff were polite enough, so I can’t fault them too much, but the whole place just felt a bit neglected. I expected better from Premier Inn and came away feeling a bit let down.

I stayed here for two nights, or I think it was two — the trip schedule kind of blurred together, and the WiFi was frustrating. It kept dropping every few minutes and I could barely get my emails to load. The room itself was fine, no real complaints there, but trying to get some work done was way more annoying than it should’ve been.

We got there tired, just wanting to get to the room. But then the check-in machine wasn’t working. Only one person at the desk too, so a queue started building up. Everyone was kind of just waiting around. The staff member was nice, to be fair, but it all felt a bit messy and unorganised. Not exactly the smooth start we were hoping for.

I was a little worried since it’s near the main road, but I barely heard a thing and slept really well all night. Fair warning though, it’s so quiet you might end up sleeping in. I’d definitely stay here again...

The bed was okay. Not exactly like sleeping on a cloud, unless that cloud was a little tired and gave up halfway through. It did the job, but I wouldn’t call it the comfiest thing ever.

Stayed here with my partner and our two kids for one night. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean, I always notice little things like the bathroom corners and the bedding, and those were all fine. Once the sofa bed was pulled out though, the family room felt cramped. We were sort of shuffling around bags and shoes just to get to the door. Breakfast was okay for the kids, with enough simple options, but it was quite busy and noisy, especially around the cereal and toaster area. For one night it did the job, but I’m not sure I’d want to stay much longer with all four of us in the same room

The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole stay feel more relaxed. Check-in was quick, and whenever I had a question, they were happy to help. There was just something about it that made the place feel welcoming and easy

The room was fine and the stay itself was okay, but it feels way too pricey now for what you get. I used to feel like it was a reliable option, but after this stay I’ve kind of lost trust that it’s still good value.

I only stayed one night, and I’ll admit I usually stick with another hotel brand because I know what to expect, so I wasn’t totally sure how this would compare. But the breakfast actually impressed me. The hot food was fresh, the coffee was decent, and the staff kept everything topped up without it feeling hectic. It made for a really easy start to the day.

Stayed at the Premier Inn and ended up using the restaurant and bar both nights, i was far more pleased than I expected to be. The food came out hot, didn’t take forever, and was actually decent enough that I nearly declared it the highlight of the trip. Breakfast was good too, with plenty out even when it got busy, which felt like a small miracle.
The bar staff were so friendly and had a proper laugh with us, which made the whole place feel really relaxed. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the tables could’ve been cleared a bit quicker, but it wasn’t enough to ruin anything. Overall, a really good stay and I’d happily go back

Had a small issue with my booking so I messaged Premier Inn, not expecting much. They replied quickly and made it really clear what I needed to do. Didn’t have to go back and forth forever either, which was a relief. Nice and simple, and it definitely took some stress out of it

I cancelled my Premier Inn booking within the cancellation window, exactly like their site said I could. The booking showed as cancelled, so I figured that was that, but nope, the refund just never appeared, and there was no proper update anywhere to say what was going on.

I contacted customer service and got the usual copy-paste runaround from the refund department, or whatever they want to call it. Weeks later, I’m still waiting for my money back. Funny how fast they take the payment, but getting it returned turns into a whole saga. I definitely won’t be booking direct with them again...

Booking was quick and really straightforward, which I appreciated. I’m not the only one who finds a smooth booking process important, right?

It was okay in the end, but booking an accessible room was more of a faff than I expected. I thought it would be straightforward to see what was available and confirm the right setup, but the process was a bit confusing and took more effort than it should have.

Stayed here mostly for the location, and it worked out well. Station was close, food nearby, room was fine. Nothing fancy, but for the price I was happy

The air con worked fine, and the room stayed comfy all night. it feels like when the temperature is good, the whole stay just goes better
